The room was big, nice size tv, variety in mini bar, big and comfortable bed. The restaurant offers meals, which is convenient when arriving late in the evening and food/drinks were delicious. Breakfast is Colombian style and it has a variety of options. Personally, I missed having pancakes or waffles as option but arepas, fruits and bread were good for me anyways. The pool has a nice size, they provide towels and it has a beautiful view to the hills. It is a perfect spot to grab a drink from the bar and relax. The location is what I liked the most, because it is at the shopping center so no need to grab taxis or worried about where to go to eat, shop, grab coffee or cinema. The staff was very friendly as well.

Modern hotel. Clean. Good restaurant. Shopping mall right next door. Up to date bedroom furniture and decor. Helpful staff. Great hotel for the price.

The staff catered to my needs and were extremely polite, they were also excellent at communicating with me in English as I only know very little words in Spanish

Porter was excellent and very helpful. Dinner hamburger had an off taste to it and was not good. Caesar salad with chicken tastes like fish and had a small piece of fish mixed in.

The staff, always friendly, professional, helpful, and responsive. Love the breakfast buffet. They just added fried chicken fingers; now I'm in heaven.

Excelent accomodations. Small public areas but excelent service and the shoppin center is right across the parking lot. Staff was very accomodating and even got my celphone charger back when I left it in my room at the check out hour. I really enjoyed my stay and will for sure recomend it to anyone going to Valledupar for business or pleasure.
