Sonesta Valledupar

The room was big, nice size tv, variety in mini bar, big and comfortable bed. The restaurant offers meals, which is convenient when arriving late in the evening and food/drinks were delicious. Breakfast is Colombian style and it has a variety of options. Personally, I missed having pancakes or waffles as option but arepas, fruits and bread were good for me anyways. The pool has a nice size, they provide towels and it has a beautiful view to the hills. It is a perfect spot to grab a drink from the bar and relax. The location is what I liked the most, because it is at the shopping center so no need to grab taxis or worried about where to go to eat, shop, grab coffee or cinema. The staff was very friendly as well.

I loved everything about this hotel. From the bell boys, security’s boy, front desk clerks, waitress to house keeping ladys were taking care of gaving us an amazing stay. Each emoloyee work satisfying and are very profesionals. Thanks Claudia from Guest Service too for to help me in each concern. Laudry fast. Amazing view, amenities and location.

The hotel was fabulous, the breakfast amazing the quality of the food top!!! And the service and attention of the personal fantastic!!! Absolutely we are back to this hotel❤️

Just about everything was excellent, apart from the gym in the basement.
